  • Cleanliness and sterilization should be checked.
  • Deformation or foreign substances adhesion should be checked before use.
  • It can be sterilized in autoclave before use since this instrument is supplied non-sterile.
  • If sterilization is required, apply at least 121℃ or higher for 15 to 20 minutes and use a sterilization indicator to check the sterilization status.
  • How to Use and Precautions
  • Fully understand how to use the product before you use.
  • Be sure to sterilize it after washing since it is a non-sterile product.
  • Use the autoclave sterilization method for sterilization.
  • Remove contaminants from contaminated surgical instruments using soft bristles or a brush. Do not dry with contaminated substances on it.
  • It must be used only for the specified purpose and not for other purposes.
  • Reuse And Management Method
  • To prevent the drying of saliva, blood or foreign substances and remove them, soak them in water first and then wash them by hand or machine. At this time, be careful not to get injured by the blade.
  • After washing, immerse the tip of the product in the cleaning solution and press the push button three times or more.
  • Rub the surface of the instrument with soft bristles or a brush until all contaminants are removed.
  • Wash the surface of the instrument with running water to remove all the cleaning solution.
  • Repeat steps 2 to 4 until the instrument is completely clean, and perform a visual inspection.
  • Dry the surface of the instrument according to the drying method of natural drying or washing machine.
